Downhole Equipment Reliability Qualification

Reliability and environmental qualification of downhole electromechanical equipment for an upstream oil and gas customer, drawing on DynaQual's Schlumberger and Baker Hughes lineage.

Oil and gas equipment reliability testing is a core program area at DynaQual. Engineers on staff bring decades of upstream wireline, logging-while-drilling, and tool development experience from Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, MicroTesla, and Welltec, and that lineage informs every downhole-equipment qualification we deliver.

A typical engagement combines HALT or HASS screening, vibration profiles representative of running and tripping, thermal cycling across the downhole operating range, and pressure or helium-leak verification of sealed assemblies. Standards referenced commonly include API specifications, MIL-STD-810, IEC, and ISO documents, applied in agreement with the customer’s qualification plan.

DynaQual provides an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited measurement chain, engineer-signed reports, and complete data packages including profiles, raw data, screen captures, and test photos.

Specific tool identification, well-environment levels, and program outcomes are not disclosed publicly. Reach out via the request a quote form for reference details under NDA.
