Aerospace customers come to DynaQual for two reasons: the credentials (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, PJLA #79999, NASA approved test vendor) and the engineering depth needed to design a defensible qualification plan around a given airframe or spaceflight component.
We run RTCA DO-160 environmental sequences for avionics — temperature, altitude, humidity, vibration, shock, fluid susceptibility — and deliver engineering-signed reports built to survive an FAA, prime-contractor, or NASA program-office audit. For spaceflight hardware we extend that into thermal-vacuum-style profiles, hyperbaric pressure soak, and helium-leak detection on sealed enclosures.
Aerospace is also one of our most common HALT customers: high-reliability avionics and unmanned-systems suppliers use accelerated stress to find the design margin of a circuit board or mechanism long before it sees flight hours. The Qualmark Typhoon 4 chamber's N₂ purge keeps oxygen and moisture off sensitive boards through dozens of thermal cycles.
