Defense suppliers — primes and sub-tier — use DynaQual to qualify electronics and electromechanical assemblies against the MIL-STD family. The most common request is MIL-STD-810 environmental qualification: temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, altitude, and fluid susceptibility methods tailored to the platform's life-cycle profile.
For component-level work we run MIL-STD-202 (passive electronic parts) and MIL-STD-883 (microelectronics) methods including mechanical shock, vibration, thermal cycling, and hermeticity (helium leak). Where a program office issues a custom acceptance test procedure, we'll build the profile, fixture the unit, and deliver the data package the contract requires.
All testing is performed in our Houston facility under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 quality management. Reports are engineering-signed, traceable to NIST-calibrated instrumentation, and structured to survive DCMA, prime, or government-customer audit.
